Porcelain or ceramic?
For CT homes we usually recommend porcelain — harder, denser, better against water and winter grit. Ceramic still makes sense for budget walls.
Can you install floor heat?
Yes — electric radiant mats under bathroom and kitchen tile cost less than most people expect. It's a popular add-on in bathroom remodels.
How long until I can walk on it?
Light traffic after 24 hours, grout the next day, furniture back in ~72 hours.
Large-format tile — can you handle it?
Yes — that's where leveling systems and a flat substrate matter most. It's our specialty.
